Refund policy

Due to the mystery nature of our blind date book boxes, all sales are final. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering, provided your box has not yet been packed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at cranehannah102@gmail.com.

Damaged or defective items: If your box arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with store credit.
